If you have ever waited on hold for ten minutes just to ask a simple question, you already understand the problem we set out to solve.
Most businesses in India lose customers not because their product is bad, but because someone could not get through on time. A call rings out. A message sits unread for two days. A support agent finally responds, but by then the customer has already gone somewhere else.
None of this happens because anyone is careless. It happens because handling every conversation, every single time, at the speed people now expect, is simply hard to do with people alone.
That is the gap we built Superdash to close, and Catalyst and Amplitude are the two products at the heart of it.
Catalyst: an AI that picks up the phone, always
Catalyst is our AI voice agent. In plain terms, it answers calls, understands what the caller actually wants, and either resolves it right there or passes it to a human with the full context already in hand. No repeating yourself. No starting over.
Say a customer calls to ask about their order, or a new lead wants to book a demo. Catalyst can handle both, at any hour, without making anyone wait. It can qualify a lead before it ever reaches your sales team, confirm an appointment, answer a common question, or simply take a message properly. And when a conversation genuinely needs a person, a real human, it hands things over smoothly, with the whole conversation already summarised.
Businesses use Catalyst for things like demo scheduling, customer support, and student or patient outreach, wherever a high volume of calls needs a fast, consistent response that does not fall apart under pressure.
Amplitude: speech that actually sounds like India
Amplitude is our text to speech engine, and its job is simple to describe but hard to do well: take written text and turn it into speech that sounds like a real person from here, not a voice that was built for English and awkwardly translated afterward.
It speaks Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and several other Indian languages, each with its own accent, rhythm, and the natural way people actually mix languages when they speak. A sentence that switches between Hindi and English mid thought, the way most of us genuinely talk, does not confuse it or come out sounding stiff.
Amplitude is built to be fast enough for real conversations, not just prerecorded audio. Businesses use it to give their products a voice, whether that is a customer service bot, an automated phone system, or any place where written content needs to become spoken content that people actually enjoy listening to.
How they work together
Catalyst and Amplitude were never meant to be separate tools that happen to share a company name. The natural, human sounding voice you hear when Catalyst picks up a call comes directly from Amplitude underneath it. One listens and understands. The other speaks. Together, they are what makes a conversation with an AI feel less like talking to a machine and more like talking to someone who actually gets what you are asking.
Why we built it this way
Most voice AI in the market was designed somewhere else first, for a different language, a different accent, a different way of speaking, and then adapted for India as an afterthought. We built the other way around. Indian languages, Indian accents, and the way people here genuinely mix languages when they talk were the starting point, not a feature added later.
That single decision shapes almost everything else. It is why Amplitude can handle Hinglish without stumbling. It is why Catalyst can hold a conversation that feels natural rather than scripted. And it is why we keep saying this is built for India, because it genuinely was, from the very first line of code.
Where to go from here
This is just the starting point. Over the coming weeks we will be writing about the questions people actually ask before choosing an AI phone service, what real accuracy means for Hindi text to speech, and how Catalyst compares to hiring a human receptionist for a growing business.
If you are curious about a specific part of what we do, that is exactly what those posts are for. Come back soon, or reach out to us directly if you would rather just talk it through.
